SECURITY POLICY
We accept cash on delivery, debit and credit card payments. You can also choose to pay with MyPOS, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

ORDER
The purchase contract is concluded by Flicka sending an email to the email address provided by the customer. The email contains the customer’s details, the price of the purchased goods, the order number, the address and the shipping cost. Flicka undertakes to deliver the goods within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of the confirmation email. For selected items the delivery time is up to 14 working days. Extension of delivery time for campaigns and discounts is possible. If the customer decides that they no longer want the selected item, they can cancel their order by sending a cancellation email within 2 days of receiving a confirmation email from us.

COURIER FEES
Before final payment is made, all delivery charges will be calculated automatically by the Speedy courier company for Bulgaria, Romania and Greece. For deliveries to the rest of the world, we will contact you to specify the parameters and courier. Please note that the fee varies depending on the package destination.

SUPPLY
All our orders are shipped from Sofia, Bulgaria.
Flicka accepts orders for worldwide delivery. Products are delivered by Speedy to Bulgaria, Romania and Greece, and BG Post to the rest of the world to the address specified by the customer. For Bulgaria most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation from our side. For orders sent via BG Post, the customer receives a tracking number, which can be used to track each step of the delivery.

For each order placed on www.flicka.eu, Flicka may issue an invoice for the goods shipped.
