RETURN AND EXCHANGE
It is possible that an item may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind about purchasing it. For online purchases you have 14 working days to return. To request a refund, please send the jewelry(s) along with a completed return form (which can be downloaded here). Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility. The products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packaging, and have no signs of use.
If you would like to exchange the product you received for another, please fill out the exchange form, feel free to email us at hello@flicka.eu if you have any further questions. It is important to us that you are satisfied! Your only obligation is to ship your item to our studio address (shipping details are described in the return or exchange form). In case of exchange, we undertake to deliver the selected new product within 3 to 5 working days.. Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility. What the ethics of good business relationships require is that the product is unworn and in a merchantable condition.
DEFECTIVE AND CONFUSED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 working days.
We will assist you in rectifying the error as quickly as possible by replacing the item or refunding the amount paid. Refunds are only made by bank transfer within 3 working days of receipt of the returned parcel. The defective or misplaced item must be returned to us at our studio address. (delivery details are described in the return or exchange form). The delivery charge is our responsibility.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
Flicka jewellery is handmade with love and complete attention to detail.
Our jewellery is covered by a 6 month warranty (180 days).
After the warranty period, you may be billed for service and repairs. You will need to send the jewelry to our studio address (shipping details are described in the correction form) Please note that the shipping fee is your responsibility.
However, if a problem occurs under warranty (under 180 days from receipt), the repair or replacement will be free, return shipping costs are your responsibility, Flicka will only cover the cost of shipping back.
In order to arrange service for your jewellery, we expect you to send it to us along with a completed correction form. If you have any further questions we remain available by email at hello@flicka.eu
