• Yes, Flicka is always at your service and will assist you in returning or exchanging jewellery

If you wish to return all or part of your order you have the option to do so within 14 days of receipt of your order.

In case you wish to change the size of a jewel you have ordered or you want a different model, you can do this within 14 days of receiving your order.

IMPORTANT! Returned jewellery must have no signs of use and must be in its original packaging.
