All jewellery purchased online and from physical stores offering Flicka comes with a two-year warranty period, as per the Consumer Protection Act.

In the event that your product shows a defect in material or workmanship, we provide you with a two-year warranty that applies to defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Our guarantee is valid upon presentation of purchase details (order number).

Warranty does not cover:

• mechanically induced damage to the jewellery/accessory by dropping, breaking, breakage or other damage to the integrity, shape, type, colour or size of the item.
• defects that are caused by accident, mishandling, neglect, improper use, care and storage, attempted self-repair, mechanical failure and natural wear and tear.

The warranty covers all manufacturing defects discovered within 14 days of the date of purchase.

The assessment of the causes of the defects is determined by a specialist jeweler in our studio. The time limit for examining the jewellery and confirming or rejecting a claim is 5 working days after the date of receipt.

As a compliment to our customers, we at Flicka also provide an additional full warranty on the following jewellery items and within the following mentioned terms:

Lot 1: jewellery on elastic cord – 6 months warranty

Lot 2: jewellery thread – guarantee 1 yr.

Lot 3: Steel jewellery – 2 years warranty

Lot 4: gold jewellery – 5 years guarantee

SERVICE

Terms of Service:

• Flicka only provides correction/service on jewellery manufactured by us.
• A minimum of 70% of the jewellery material must be sent for the repair to be completed.
• Courier charges in both directions are the responsibility of the customer.
• The standard repair time is up to 10 working days. In case of exceptions, they are agreed with the client and depend on the complexity of the damage to the jewellery.

1. Compromised / broken cord or jewellery thread | service: restringing and adding material (up to 30% missing parts) : 15lv

2. Stretched cord or jewellery thread | service: restringing (without changing/replacing jewellery elements) : 10lv.

3. Damaged steel jewelry | service: ring replacement, clasp replacement, tag replacement : free of charge

4. Damaged steel jewelry with lost element | service: adding missing parts: 10lv.
